The only thing is that some of the bump maps used on various places are a bit profound and make the picture looks a bit busy. Also maybe a little more specularity can be used on the knife and pins on the doll, since right now the specular light on these glass sirfaces are drawing away the attention.... Just my own opinions. We'll never know if these suggestions work unless do some experiments and compare the results.
Overall it's a great concept and executed nicely. Really impressive work. +9 from me

Amoeba, You're not the only one who's made that observation. The problem is, the noise is fractal noise, dust, from aging the scene, which would naturally occur over time. Compare it to the original, which had no dust at all. I wonder if I can get away with removing the dust from the papers so they can be read without making the aging look inconsistent. And I agree with you about critiques; I've incorporated a lot of people's suggestions into this version which--I believe--has improved it a lot. Thanks for your input; I really do appreciate it.

The mood in it, is really well transcribed, and the mappings are fine.
If you can try to re-model the doll as an old bited-by-dog one, it should make a greater image, much more complete, with a real unity in it.
Great job, girl. +4/5
